A message received at 5:08 p.m., April 7, 2014, was read stating the                                                            
Senate passed CSHB 266(FIN) with the following amendment, and it                                                                
is transmitted for consideration:                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 266(FIN)                                                                               
     "An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan                                                                   
     program expenses of state government and for certain programs,                                                             
     capitalizing funds, and making reappropriations; and providing for
